Mango Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • 1 cup sweetened mango pulp (you can find it in Indian grocery stores) 
  • 1 cup plain (unflavored) kefir or yogurt
  • ½ cup crushed ice 
  • Sugar (optional)
Serving Size: 1 cup
No. of Servings: 2

Mix all the ingredients except sugar using a hand blender or a whisk. If more sweetness is desired add sugar and mix again until sugar dissolves. Pour it equally into 2 tall glasses. Drink it with a straw.
