Wash the cucumber and peel it. Cut it into quarters and deseed. Chop it finely. Mix everything in a bowl and store it in a bottle. Will stay in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
You can use yogurt if you don't have kefir. Use a hand blender or whisk to beat the yogurt first. Then add all the ingredients.
If you like a thinner consistency add a little water.
Instead of cucumber use 1 tea spoon crushed dill (washed throughly and crushed) to make dill dressing.
For a dip use greek yogurt and mix everything.
